I need to get some more healthy fats in my diet. Right now I take 2 fish oil caps 6 times a day which gives me 120 calories and 12g fat. Of course that is from the servings of the fish oil pills i got. Is it ok to bump this up to a total of 18 instead of 12? I also eat raw almonds once or twice a day. I also have flax seed oil pills as well but havent opened them yet.
