My general question is how to properly stack these supplements along with 6 meals a day, for leaning out. I also would like any advice on taking creatine while leaning-out, I have had mixed answers on this subject. I am in the process of designing a plan to lean out beginning in January, and I’m working hard to develop a combination that will work in addition to good diet, and exercise.

All the statements I have seen have mentioned this as a good supplement to treat bronchial asthma, which is exactly the type of asthma I suffer from. I have two questions here: 1.) Is anyone taking this supplement to treat bronchial asthma, if so how good of results have you seen? 2.) Aside from using this drug for asthma treatment what positive or negative results and side effects have you experienced?

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/opt/whey.html - I started working with this brand pf protein just last week and right of the bat I could tell it’s the best tasting I have experienced. I have only been using 2 scoops a day, one before, and one after my workout and I can feel a difference in hardness. I think I will be sticking with this stuff although feel free to advise the proper way to stack with the other supplements above.
