First, I don't see anything stated in Adam's diet about exercise.

Second, there are plenty of carbs in the diet plan. Carbs are necessary when you exercise. Adam's plan times your carbs so you have them at the right time.

Third, your diet is what you eat. Period. It can be low carb, high fat, high protein, all bagels and M&M's. You still need to eat, whether you are execising or not.

Fourth, Adam's plan was written up for JP. JP was looking for a plan to lose body fat. Is that your goal?

The only thing you can change in Adam's plan is the pre and post workout drinks. Since you will not be working out substitute something else for that time.
