Howdy,

Had a bit of a restless night...early morning stress of back trouble. Ugh. frustrating. Seems so high maintenence, but I know it could be worse, so I better just suck it up, and move along.

weight :162 still---
that's the only stat ll I feel like writing about right now.

Went on a really long hike yesterday; (long for me anyway) from my house, on ridgeline, to foxhollow, then started up spencer's butte, but knew I wouldn't be able to manage going all the way to the top, and then home again. Whole thing seems doable though in about 5 hours or less--not ready for that yet...too painful and hard on the back and knees on the downhill way home. I'll have to build up.

Been really anxious and stressed this morning. I just can't seem to finish everything up, which then creates more stress. Such a bitter cycle. will just try to stay here. here's pretty good.

Will be interested to see if weight moves south this week or not. Staying within plan at about 1300-1400 kcals right now, and doing my best to eat a ton of veggies. All that bulk really keeps the hungries away. Still very interested to see what happens when I can afford gfw device.

Beautiful day today...need to get out, and maybe call some friends later. Too much time alone doesn't work well for me in the long run. A shared laugh or two makes all the difference!
