True - but we also need to consciously reduce omega-6's (corn oil, fatty farmed meats, etc), to get an acceptable ratio, and to avoid throwing a bunch of extra calories on top of what we're already eating. [/quote]Yeah the majority of my omega-6 fat comes from meat..my wife cooks with pam and I use olive oil and some natty pb. So I think Im good, or at least I hope
