Little bit scared. The last month has been screwed up with my wife's nana's passing and travelling out of town. Less than ideal last month.
I'm going to do a ride on the weekend then maybe 2 or 3 swims before travelling down to the race on thursday. I know doing too much now to compensate will really hurt me next week so am being careful of that.
I'm going by the fact that its the accumulation of all the training that counts not neccessarily the last weeks. Hopefully.
Will let you all know how it went.
