My measurements are annoying. My arms and legs and back look great (I can see and FEEL a real difference) and I've gained some size in my neck. My hip size has decreased slightly since starting NROL4W, but my waist is the same size (or more). That's the place I wanted to change the most. My clothes don't fit any differently - I had to start buying new clothes since I feel like if I haven't made any progress in a year I need to admit defeat. Anyways, because of my waist measurement my body fat percentage is changing VERY slowly. I will admit that is is moving down, but I'm getting discouraged about making real progress.

I'd love to hear someone tell me that the waist is that last thing to change, but since 'how your clothes fit' is a good way to measure changes, I'll bet that is not the case.

Oh well. I've been hoping my measurement technique was bad so I might try and find another way to keep track of my body fat %.

By the way, I have only gained a couple pounds over a year on this program, so I don't feel like I'm eating poorly.
