You guys were cracking me up this morning. I just got back from the gym a while ago. Worked with the personal trainer today. It was a pretty good workout, I think. We did barbell stuff first, then he had me do some 30 second agility sprint thingies. That was kind of fun, in a lame way. I may set those up and have the kids do them. I think my daughter would like them.

Oh, and I think the reason he had me do so many of the dead lifts was he was trying to find out how much I could lift. The last time we did them it was just with the bar to work on form, and this was the first time adding weights. The 30 lb rep was with a smaller bar, and the rest were with the Olympic bar.
