I'm not a big supporter of orthotics, but some people think that they may help. (I find orthotics just cause my patients to have more foot pain). Other things that may help include improving the flexibility of your gastroc/soleus and night splints for your ankle that keep your foot neutral to slightly dorsi-flexed (toes slightly pointed up)
