I second this. I've picked up a lot of NASM cec's through the free exams o ptonthenet.com. Also, you earn points for taking them that can give you discounts on live seminar's for more CEC's. The Perform Better 1-Day Learn by Doing seminars are pretty inexpensive and good for .7 units.
