i was just a little concerned about my use of these sugar substitute products, in particular a generic Albertson's brand of sugar substitute.

here are the ingredients:

Dextrose with Matlodextrin, 3.6% Calcium Saccharin(36 mg per packet), cream of tartar, calcium silicate(an anti-caking agent)

i dont use mass quantities of this stuff but i do use about about 10 packets(10 grams) to sweeten my batch of green tea(average batch lasts about 3-4 days) and i also use 1 packet everyday for my oatmeal.

So my question is are these quantities of sugar substitute (about 3.8 grams per day) going to be damaging to my health or mess me up in the long run?
