Life isn't a Subway diet. Cook your own food. It's cheaper and you'll know exactly what is in it. Read the link JP posted, too. If you don't already have an exercise plan, start one. Last year I swam for 3 months, 5 days/week. I lost a couple of pounds. After a job change that meant I could no longer take long lunches I started hitting the gym in the morning, 3 times/week. I've lost about 15# in 2 months.
