I read somewhere that fish oil is good for your joints and helping joint pain after running.

My question is this, what's a decent kind of fish oil?

Is flax seed oil any good?


I guess basically what I'm trying to ask is are these oils worth taking on top of Adams Diet and a multi-vitamin twice a day. What are the differences? (
