ok.. well that's it.. I gave it my best for 4 weeks.. did the SBD phase 1 and 2..
and after a good start with phase 1, it seems that I'm back at the same place I started.
So.. I'm putting cereals (Bran Flakes) with 1% milk back as breakfasts but continueing to eat protein and veggies instead of pasta and sauce..
and will try to keep carbs mostly around Long workouts.
I am totally discouraged, but it's not the first time.
Shit happens. I've never gotten anything the easy way. Maybe some other time my body will be willing to let go of that fat that I've been hauling around for so long. Maybe not.
