PHASE II of SBD

This week I plan to add to my Phase I diet :

each day :
1 fruit : apple, kiwis OR dried apricots
1 cup 1% milk OR 1% homemade yougourt
1/2 cup oatmeal OR brown wild rice

and I'm keeping my pre & post Workout cheats
