How long does the metabolism "remember" something? (any educated guesses welcome..)
If someone trains with alot of cardio and sports 30-40 hours for a couple of years.. and starts "keeping" alot of the fat.. then they stop.. does the metabolism stay as it is for à long time? does it take another "shock" to the body to change it again?
(I have my thoughts.. but they are not very educated..
