Reminds me of what my coach told me when I wasn't gripping the bar during front squats and said Dimas wasn't gripping the bar either "when you clean as much as Dimas does, you can do what he does? "
What's your POV actually on grip during front squat? If left to myself I don't grip it at all, just let it rest on my fingers & clavicle and make sure it doesn't roll back by keeping elbows high.. preferrably no grip at all, as gripping it tightly actually hurts..
