Well, I guess I'll just contact the German guy who actually sold me my new Pallini shoes and he might be able to copy it for me.. it's not as if German is all that different from Dutch.
Just funny how I have to translate both Dutch & German terms back into English as I'm more familiar with the English ones because of all the forum exposure.

To elaborate.. for me, about half of the fun from training in a gym, goes into pre-planning my exercises and poring over graphs afterwards... I try to work up to mini-peaks do deloads and then go back again.
Generally I have 4 week cycles, but when I resumed lifting a long time ago, I could go on for 12 weeks w/o needing a deload.
For Oly things worked a bit similar for over 3 months, because basically you start with almost zero capability but decent strength.
But apart from that I've seen that over time I need to incorporate more warm-up exercises, especially after watching others prep for meets or asking the Oly gals here..

Oly lifting almost feels unorganized in comparison to my neatly preplanned regular lifts that nearly always deliver what I have planned for them.. it's far more often hit or miss, which probably goes with the terrain, right?
