What book is recommended if you are happy with the demonstration videos (see link above: Olympic Lifting Demo Vids ) but would like to be able to set up a routine.

After having spent so many years with following or designing my own lifting routines (mostly full body or UB/LB) , it is weird to be doing Olympic lifts without substantial planning. Feeling lost so to say.

So, which book would help me out?
Or are there cd-roms out there? I've seen a German one , which actually had a combination of both: demonstration of lifts (even in 2 planes if not mistaken) and suggested routines for all levels.
