check out my training log for my eating routine and lifting routines. I'm bulking also and have had great success so far.

I'm currently taking 5 g creatine a day PWO, a whey protein powder PWO and 4 caps of ZMass PM prior to bed. Results have been so good, I'm not planning to change a thing, except adding more calories.
