My go-to is either cottage cheese, fruit & chopped nuts .. or greek yogurt, fruit and nuts. I exist on the Trader joe's Nonfat Greek Plain yogurt .. and that stuff packs a serious protein punch at 23g per cup! Rocks my morning! That .. some black coffee, and I'm stoked for the morning
