Eggs make me puke too... Can't even smell them without gagging. I can consume them if they are hidden very well inside of a chocolate chip cookie or some such thing though... LOL!

I eat pizza for breakfast nearly every morning

1. pita (I use whole wheat but any sort will work)
2. a bit of low carb spaghetti sauce (walnut acres makes a good one)
3. some italian seasoning and salt
4. low fat turkety burger (3-5 oz)
5. 45 grams of italian cheese

You can add veges, etc to this as it meets your macro requirements for the day. This is just the base. I also second cottage cheese and fruit. And finally, I do steak or chicken dishes. Who says breakfast can't be like dinner or lunch. Peanut butter has a lot of fat in it so I don't often do that so much for the protein.
