I forgot to post this.

I did ME a while back, along with Craig's TT for Mass. I did great! However, I did put on some fat. I went from 16 to 17 percent body fat and went from 165 to 185 lbs in 12 weeks.

I was in a hurry, and, for some dumb reason, felt that I had to do it all in 12 weeks (that being the length of the workout program). Next time, patience will be in order...

Were I to do it again, I would have used some of the info that I posted above. I would have toned down the calories (I was about 4400 or more, per day!) and timed things more so that I ate a lot of my calories in the 3-5 hours PWO and ate far less (and mostly P+F meals) on off days and before workouts.

Also, TT for Mass is a lot of fun! Craig's even given it a great revamping, recently, making it even better. I'm looking forward to doing the new version someday!
