I modeled my diet around the massive eating and nutrient timing articles and had good results. During my last bulking phase I went from 179 lbs and ~14% body fat to 204 lbs and ~13% body fat in about 5-6 months. I had to play with the amounts and timing a bit to get it right. Basically, I ate pretty much non-stop from after my 5:00 workout until when I went to sleep. I listed the foods I ate in another post.
I just recently started bulking again after taking it easy for a couple weeks. I’m already up a few pounds, and will post my results after I put on about another 25lbs total. I certainly wouldn’t call it cheap though. To do it right with that much clean fresh food has definitely been expensive.
