I'm on it now. It WORKS. Of course all you're doing is eating. Check out my training log if you want some feedback based on my routine and eating schedule.
Anyone that doesnt gain weight with JB's plan is doing something wrong. Guaranteed. I would suggest that you check out the Massive Eating RELOADED though. It takes things another step further. Nutrient timing, protien/carb/fat pairings, etc.
I've been on it ... well, I'm about mid way through my 4th week and I've gained 7.5 lbs so far with another weighing coming this weekend.
