HEY! I AM TRAINING FOR MY FIRST MARATHON, AND I WAS WONDERING HOW MANY PROTEIN SHAKES ARE RECOMMENDED DURING THE DAY? PRE-WORKOUT AND POST WORKOUT, BUT IS ONE BEFORE BE NEEDED? I AM TRYING TO KEEP WHAT MUSCLE I HAVE UNTIL THE MARATHON IS OVER AND I CAN SWITCH FOCUSES TO WGT. TRAINING MORE INTENSELY.
