Here's my normal breakfast omlett.

Turkey, chopped spinich, onion, diced tomato and
a slice of swiss cheese. Two whole Christopher Eggs (660 mg efa's per egg) and 3 reg. egg whites. Sometimes whole wheat toast with it.
