PB is a "fatty" food

My breakfast: 3 eggs, 1/2 cup of ground beef, 1oz of ninja sharp cheddar cheese (on lifting days).

On nonlifting days, I eat a cup of chick peas with a half cup of ground beef. The beef is pretty seasoned so I just mix it together and pop it in the microwave. Its filling and yummy.
