I am usually in a hurry, so I usually mix up a protein shake in the blender...
5-6 ice cubes, 5-6 large frozen strawberries, a cup of oatmeal (nuked with skim milk), 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein, 1 cup O.J., about 1/2 cup skim milk, maybe add a banana in there once in a while.
That makes for a pretty good meal to go in less than 4 minutes.
Papa's eggs sound awesome, if you've got the time.
