Notes:
--Just something to do something. I figure if I'm short on time, energy, and/or desire, I'll do a quick circuit for core stability and/or hip mobility/flexibility. Since I blew off a core circuit last week, this was my make-up. Besides, despite other items being pushed back, I did three times my cleanout quota today, so the rest of the evening will be cooking supper, reading, and maybe watching some of my backlogged TV (I <3 ISOhunt).
