Chris's gym had a trapbar, so I got to try that out for deadlifting. It had a thick bar grip, so it was hard to do reps on this one.
Then we did some farmer's walks with the bar, too. The thick bar grip was brutal at this point.
At this point, my hands are thrashed and my toes are sore (the Vibram effect...). It was an awesome workout!

sounds like a fun workout!
my pair of farmers walks are actually dual handled, so one is thick and one is normal sized. I rarely use the fat ones because it's too hard!
where are you on blast strap/ring pushups right now you think? I think my top set was like 28?
