Agreed. I've added it to baked goods, but that's starting with cold ingredients. I had this bright idea to add it to my meat sauce (instead of going and buying some ground turkey to cut the fat). Definitely did not work well, although I think there would be a way to work it in better. It ended up like having little bits of hard cheese in the sauce.
