The thing about paying the wrong people is so true. A couple of Norwegian med folks did a study to assess the effect of exercise on a high fat meal (exercise right after a meal high in fat) so they ate pizza and then exercises.. They measured some stuff that was the result of the fat in the meal and how exercise influenced it. I mean, pizza? come on! It contains more than fat, if you want to isolate the effects of fat, don't eat a pizza!
It was even better when the media used this study to say that the effect of your christmas dinner (which usually is NOT pizza) could be negated by exercising afterwards
