It answers the question in a general and, most importantly, correct way. Considering that most people on this forum dont know what IR or IS is and frequently label them as "good" or "bad" it is useful to explain it (just see the HFCS crap thread).

And to do that you can just not eat all day and consume food only during the PWO. When people talk about limiting insulin, theyre usually implying avoiding high GI foods, but unless youre a diabetic, the GI is very irrelevant.
