I've had some of all you have listed in the last year except paneer, kashkaval and labneh. But I've also had chevre (goat cheese) in that time. On blue, not bavaria blue, but some Maytag blue. I've also had brie in the last year, but not on a regular basis.
In the regular rotation I have:
Cheddar (usually sharp)
Monterey Jack
Parmesan
Blue (of some sort)
Feta
Provolone
Swiss or gruyere
Mozarella
havarti or a similar Swedish cheese made with caraway seeds (don't know if it has a cheese name)
gouda
cottage cheese, ricotta, cream cheese (is that cheese?)
