If you suffer from hypoglycemia why would you want to cut fruit out completely? You're going to need to find an alternate sugar substitute and fruit is a darn good one.

I don't understand your logic of cutting out fruit. According to your post it looks like your only problem with it is the fact that you're hungry again an hour later. If you can wait 2 hours after your meal eat another snack. It's actually best to eat something every 2-3 hours. This will keep your metabolism up. Just make sure it's healthy snacks (not junk food).

Do you take oral hyperglycemic tablets to control your hypoglycemia?
