I suffer from a bit of hypoglycemia and find that fruit really upsets me. Like I'll eat it after a full balanced meal (as part of the meal) and I"m really hungry almost an hour later, more hungry than if I cut out the fruit altogether. I am thining of not consuming any more fruit in my diet at all. Do you think there would be any problems in this? (I am still eating plenty of vegetables). Does anyone else out there not eat any fruit?
