I wouldn't want to train at my home. My home is my oasis, my escape from my professional life. I would never be able to relax in my own home, which would suck.
Plus, I think it would be hard to be take too seriously. The only exception to this rule would be Bill Hartman, who trained out of his basement studio very successfully for many years before opening his very own facility, but he's a fitness diety so the rules don't apply.
