We've been together 6 years and he never liked reading books - I have NEVER seen him take to a book like this. And now he's talking to me about things that Schuler says, etc. For instance, last week on Thursday when we went in, he did squats and I think he did 100 lb squats. But he hates squats, and 100 lbs was really overdoing it for him. But then over the weekend, he read in the book where Schuler was talking about how he used to just do squats with the bar, and got good results, etc. so this time he did them just with the bar too and was really happy with it. He told me that he's excited about having an actual workout plan that he can stick to.

Haha, my bf has started on NROL and he only reads the bare minimum, so he needs a bit of coaching. Which is fun
