Alternate Sets
Zercher Travelling Lunge
37.5kg x 8e x 5sets

Ab Pulldown
5 sets

Slight Incline Sprints
10 x ~50m (9mins)

FacePulls
2 sets of 15

- for the next cycle I might have to drop my squat numbers, just so I can ease back into going all out on the last sets

- squat depth was good, I actually hit the safety rails a couple times in the bottom of the squat, and no hip pain

- rest tonight
