Supine Hip Extensions 1x10xBW
Supine Hip Extension with leg curl 2x10xBW these are awesome.....
DB Push Press 3x10x22.5 sturggling here still
Rotational Lunges 3x10ex8e -- went down on these
SWB Crunch (feet on bench-arms extended) 1x10x10 these didn't feel good, so I stopped after the first set.
Have an appointment at a local gym to see a trainer on Wednesday. He is going to check my form and give me advice (hopefully good) and do a body composition analysis --- which I'm guessing means check my body fat %. I'm hoping it's not as high as I think it is... but I'm not really hopeful.
