It might be helpful to know things like gender (sorry, screen names aren't telling), general health, why you are looking to lose weight and fat, how much you would like to lose, do you have access to any equipment (gym, weights at home). You might want to tell about your current life habits and schedule, how you eat, how do you feel training, why you do what you do (cardio?).
