86kg x 4 - stopped here, wasnt going to get many more

CG Bench
66kg x 10 x 3

DB Row
30kg x 10e x 2
40kg x 7e

Curls / Tricep Pushdowns
3 sets

- was a bit tired and decided not to push the bench any harder
- rows are coming back slowly
- 531 squats tonight, hips are feeling good.
