Wow. I just tried an adaptation of Galya's recipe, and it was fabulous! I didn't add the oats, b/c I'm trying low carb. I used a 7 oz. can tuna, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup grated cheddar. It was too sloppy (probably b/c no oats), so I added another can tuna, garlic powder, salt/pepper, dried dill. Fried it on stove in three patties, and I wanted to eat all three at one sitting it was so good!
