eggs for breakfast and lunch?
Ok, this might be a silly question. I eat 2 eggs for breakfast every day. Now I'm in a rut for lunch protein. Usually it's cheese. Normally I avoid eggs the rest of the day to not overdo them, is that silly? Am I just stuck on the 'don't eat too many eggs' thing? Would eggs be better lunch choice than cheese even if I already eat 2 every day? Not every day, but here and there?
