I like tuna mixed with a little bit of honey mustard and curry powder, or a little lemon juice and Greek seasoning - I generally do one of these if I'm going to put the tuna on a low-carb wrap with LTO. If I want more of a meal out of just tuna I mix a can with 2oz cottage cheese,some diced red onion, Penzey's southwest seasoning, cilantro, and diced avocado.
