I'm not on low-carb, just trying to keep my carbs at 30% for the day and it just seems like I get most of them in the morning as I go to the gym in the morning. It would make things nicer (i.e. satisfy carb cravings) if I could get more carbs throughout the rest of the day, but I dunno maybe this timing of when I get my carbs is better? I hate cottage cheese (evil cthulu cheese!) and any kind of non-green beans but I'll try some Greek yogurt and check out the numbers on some turkey sausage. I keep forgetting that I don't have to be afraid of some fat, I'm actually a little low on the fat % everyday.
