Thanks, Julie. Like the PT says, it took 5 months to get to where I am (or was when I started PT) so it'll take a while to get back to normal! I guess I was patient then (too patient, apparently) so I should be patient now.
I probably only have two more sessions with the PT. He did say yesterday to try running again, but to keep avoiding ATG squats for now.
What do you mean by "trigger points" in my quads? I don't know if I've heard that term before....
