There are a bunch actually, and I used to know some, but I don't remember which are the good ones

. You can search for some and test them out though, and you can find ones for waffles also. The great thing is that you can vary the kind based on your protein flavor
I eat Kashi GoLean sometimes. There are more carbs than protein but you still get a good amount of protein.
I'm with the other suggestions above too (turkery burger or lean ground meat, greek yogurt, cottage cheese)
You could do canadian bacon and low fat or fat free cheese on wheat bread.
Out of curiosity, are you on a low carb diet? You said those meals give you most of your carbs for the day. The first meal is about 25-30g carbs, while the second looks like it's around 50-70g depending on how much oatmeal.
