Non-Egg Breakfast Ideas?
I need some healthy breakfast ideas that don't include eggs as they make me hurl-tastic (not allergy per se, just egg-intolerant?). I have been having the same thing for breakfast everyday and it's getting old. Can you guys suggest anything?
My usual morning routine:
Pre-workout:
1 scoop whey protein in water
1 banana
Post-workout/breakfast:
1 scoop whey protein in water
steel-cut oatmeal
1 tsp brown sugar
1% milk
Unfortunately, this causes me to have most of my carbs in the am. I'm drawing a blank trying to think of alternates that are still 'breakfast-y.' I mean, I don't want to end up eating chicken breast, broccoli and brown rice for breakfast either, y'know?
